woolly wolstenholme r.i.p.

So farewell
Woolly Wolstenholme,
You of the alliterative name.

Keyboard player of the poor man's
Moody Blues.

I saw you once
When I was 15
Onstage at Weeley.
You were squashed up against
The canvas sides of the stage
And barely heard,
Whilst 50 members of your orchestra
passed a joint around
And laughed
During your performance of
Mockingbird.

Evidently "took his own life" in December.

I'm not making light of it - but I've always wanted to do an "Eric Thribb".
